Tasting Notes
The 2008 Houdini Sauvignon Blanc jumps out of the glass with bright and fresh aromas of Kiwi fruit, gooseberries, hints of lemon tart and fresh tropical fruits with a twist of freshly cut grass. The palate is everything you want in a Sauvignon Blanc with mouth watering acidity and freshness. It is full of vibrant gooseberries, citrus, tropical fruit and a fresh herbaceous backbone.

Viticulture
The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in the Southern end of the Adelaide Hills Region in Kuipto.
Vinification & Maturation
The fruit was machine picked and then whole bunch pressed into tank where it was innoculated and fermented.
