The 2009 Houdini Sauvignon Blanc was made from free run juice only and fermented and raised in stainless steel. It offers up a fragrant perfume of baking spices, floral notes, apple, and citrus aromas leading to a medium-bodied, smooth-textured, vibrant Sauvignon with outstanding depth of flavor and a lively finish.
