2022 #8 - It's all go, our Fiano has been hand picked on a warm day so it's into the refrigerated container to cool off before pressing in the morning. Cheers! ๐Ÿท Cheers Matt

Vintage 2022 Diary Entry #7 . It was an early start with our Shiraz and a small section of Cabernet being picked from our Estate vineyard. A different pruning regime makes this section of Cabernet ready a little earlier than the rest. It's great to have vintage underway! ๐Ÿท Cheers Matt
