On completion of your order you will receive an electronic confirmation & receipt using sent to the email address provided by you. A tracking nuber will be sent to the same address on dispatch of your order from our winery.
DELIVERY, DAMAGES & RETURNS
If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email email@example.com or call +61 400 585 395.
On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
